Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are getting divorced.
An insider tells Us Magazine, "It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It's not ugly, it's just over."
The couple, who married in August 2004, split a couple of months ago. They have no children together.
This was the second marriage for both. Diane was previously married toChristopher Lambert. They divorced in 1994 and have a 19-year-old daughter. Josh was previously married to Alice Adair. They also divorced in 1994 and have two children: an 18-year-old daughter and a 24-year-old son.
