According to a new study, drinking soda leads to an increased risk of depression.

Researchers found that people who drink at least four cans of soda per day have a 30 percent higher risk of depression. And, diet soda is actually worse than drinking the sugary stuff.

The researchers also had good news for coffee drinkers, as those who drink four cups of coffee each day actually have a 10 percent lower risk of depression. (MercuryNews.com)
