Maintaining a super slim physique isn't easy, and some of the diets and tricks A-listers use to stay skinny can be weird and potentially unhealthy. Here are some strange tricks celebs have confessed to trying:

  • Kat Graham (The Vampire Diaries) – Lollipop Diet:To maintain her amazing body, Kat sucks on sugar-free lollipops made with African mango extract – which supposedly suppresses hunger.
     
  • Megan Fox – Vinegar Diet: Before every meal Megan takes a shot of vinegar. She says it "cleans out your system entirely."
     
  • Snooki – Cookie Diet: Before you get too excited, these aren't real cookies. Dr. Siegel's cookie diet involves only one meal a day and 6 cookies made of milk protein and beef. Yum.
     
  • Christina AguileraColor Diet: Every day Christina eats foods from just one color, starting with white, then followed by red, green, orange, purple, and yellow.
     
  • Nicole Kidman  – Hard Boiled Egg Diet: To get super skinny for Cold Mountain, Nicole had 1 hard boiled egg for breakfast, 1 for lunch and 2 for dinner. That's it! 
     
  • Gwyneth Paltrow and Reese Witherspoon – The Baby Food Diet: These actresses eat lots of pureed fruits and vegetables to stay slim and detoxify.
