Some fans were removed from a recent hearing in the pre-trial proceedings of
Dr. Conrad Murray after allegedly staring intensely at the doctor. Murray
is awaiting trial for manslaughter after allegedly administering a lethal dose
of the surgical sedative propofol to the late King of Pop Michael
Jackson
.

According to CNN's legal show In Session, the fans were creating a
distraction with their heavy gazes towards the physician. The court deputy
removed the fans in question from the courtroom leaving only media and legal and
courtroom staff. He then proceeded to enter discussion about jury selection for
the upcoming trial.

He also announced that he will defer his decision on the admissibility of
footage collected during the shooting of Jackson's posthumously released DVD
This Is It. The defense have requested that the footage be added as
evidence showing that Jackson was in dire condition before his death.
