Before the ball drops tonight, you might watch a little television. Here's a rundown of the special
New Year's Eve TV line-up:

ABC: First, a two-hour tribute to the late Dick Clark. Then Ryan Seacrest with New Year's Rockin' Eve (Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepson and the Gangnam Style Guy, Psy, in New York - and OneRepublic, Justin Bieber and Jason Aldean with Fergie in LA)

NBC: Carson Daly with Train and The Voice winner Cassadee Pope (so also expect to see Adam Levine, CeeLo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton)

WB: Get an early start at 8 pm with two hours of highlights from the 2012 iHeartRadio Music Festival, including Taylor Swift, Pink, No Doubt, Rihanna and Aerosmith

CNN: Again this year, Kathy Griffin will keep Anderson Cooper giggling.

Fox: Live from Las Vegas with performances by Lifehouse and X Factor winner Tate Stevens

Fox News: Performers include Pat Benatar and the cast of Million Dollar Quartet

MTV: Club NYE 2013 is hosted by Snooki and JWoww with top pop acts including Ke$ha

PBS: (various stations, various times) Live from Lincoln Center (Josh Groban is among the performers joining the New York Philharmonic in honoring the late Marvin Hamlisch) and Andrea Bocelli in Central Park (with guest stars including Celine Dion and Tony Bennett)

And don't forget the New Years marathons on several cable channels. If you'd like to scare off the old year, take in marathons of The Twilight Zone (Syfy), The Walking Dead (AMC), True Blood (HBO2), Doctor Who (BBC) or Fear Factor (Chill). Other series being run back-to-back-to-back include Pawn Stars (History), Cake Boss (TLC), Storage Wars (A&E), Full House (Nickelodeon), Diners Drive-Ins & Dives (Food) and House Hunters (HGTV).
